Knowledgeable staff, clean rooms.

Modern rooms with central heating and multi-channel TV, big beds. Fairly clean bathroom and a tub with good sewerage. Location - marvellous, near airport, restaurants and an amusement park. Also, close to restaurant.

All the staff was helpful and attentive, fixed my issues. The room was reasonably large and updated with a double bed, and I slept very well. The breakfast was included.

The hotel was located close enough to downtown Chattanooga and attractions and resturants and restaurant options. We booked cheap and recently renovated room with king size bed and the window was broke, as example. The venue staff was very attentive and excellent. The location was favourable and easy, in an alley like area! Besides, it was 2 miles away from Brown Acres Golf Course.

The hotel had recently been renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and the parking area was great. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and the staff was friendly.

The hotel had a rather unpleasant smell in some areas, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, there were a few noisy guests during my stay which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The price was very reasonable, and I was happy to find that they offer smoking rooms. The staff at the hotel were great, with service that could rival any higher-end hotel. The housekeeping lady was especially understanding when we had an issue with dirty sheets. The bed was comfy, and the location was conveniently close to the interstate. We had no trouble finding the hotel, and there were plenty of fast food options nearby for a quick bite.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
